We provide comprehensive guidance and resources to help caregivers who are immigrants understand the requirements, enhance their skills and qualifications, and successfully follow up on potential job offers. Streamlined Care giving Placement with Comprehensive Support and Relocation Assistance

Our process is straightforward and designed to support caregivers every step of the way. First, you will register with us by providing your comprehensive CV, caregiver certification, passport, and a registration fee for our services. This allows us to begin the process of matching you with suitable care giving opportunities. Our team will carefully review your qualifications and experience, and then work to match you with reputable facilities in the US that are seeking candidates with your particular skills and background. Within one week of your registration, you can expect to receive a job offer from a facility that is interested in hiring you. If you accept the offer, the company that is hiring you will cover the cost of your travel to the United States, and we will assist you with obtaining the necessary visa and arranging your flight to your new job location. Upon arrival in the US, the hiring facility will provide you with comfortable accommodations, allowing you to smoothly transition into your new role and focus on excelling in your care giving responsibilities. In exchange for the comprehensive support provided by the hiring company and our organization, you will be expected to reimburse the costs that were covered to facilitate your relocation to the United States. Rewarding Caregiver Contract with Performance-Based Raises and Paid Vacation Time

The standard employment contract is established for a duration of 2 years. During this period, the employee will have the opportunity to demonstrate their diligence and dedication, which may potentially lead to a salary adjustment after 6 months. This salary increase will be predicated on the employee’s performance and work ethic, taking into account their consistent exhibition of a strong work ethic, high-quality work submissions, and fulfillment of their role’s expectations.
Upon completion of the initial 2-year contract, the employee will have the option to renew their contract with the hiring medical facility. If the employee chooses to renew, they will be granted a valuable benefit: a complimentary one-month vacation to their home country, allowing them to rest and rejuvenate. Furthermore, the employee will continue to receive their regular salary during this vacation period, enabling them to take the necessary time to relax and recharge without the concern of losing income.
This contractual offer is designed to provide a balanced approach, offering job security, opportunities for professional growth, and rewarding benefits to the employee.
